The introductory course spans seven weeks, with meetings of 2 hours each, and is tailored for personal enrichment. Through class presentations, interactive sessions, and self-reflective questions on “Man’s Search for Meaning,” participants experience a shift in consciousness. Key concepts such as self-transcendence, freedom of will, and finding meaning despite suffering are explored.
Participants learn how to use every experience, including trauma, anxiety, and conflict, as a springboard for growth. In addition to answering the assignment questions, participants give a 10-minute presentation on logotherapy in front of the class at the end of the course.

- Participation in at least 70% of the meetings
